Marissa Meizz founded No More Lonely Friends in 2021, after a tiktok went viral and she saw the need to make a community for humans to come together and make friends after the past few years of isolation in the world. After over 200+ people came to the first meetup, the community continued to come together in over 30 cities across the WORLD to make the community it is today.

No More Lonely Friends transcends the conventional concept of social gatherings; it's a living, breathing community that continues to evolve and adapt. Marissa's role extends beyond organizing events; she is the architect of a safe space where individuals, alienated by the fragmented nature of modern social interactions, find solace and companionship. This movement is not just about countering loneliness; it's about redefining the very essence of friendship and community in the digital age. At No More Lonely Friends, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to connect with others and create meaningful relationships. That's why we started this social community - to provide a welcoming space for people from all walks of life to come together and have fun!

No More Lonely Friends does not tolerate any form of hurtful language, discrimination, abuse, marginalisation or insulting behaviour on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, religion, background, skin colour, religious belief, sexuality, gender identity, socioeconomic class, caste, disability or age.

In addition, No More Lonely Friends does not tolerate any acts of violence, abuse or harassment of any verbal, physical, sexual or other nature towards its visitors, guests, partners and employees. In the event of a violation of the Code of Conduct, No More Lonely Friends reserves the right to revoke and deny persons access to the events with immediate effect.
